R is a statistical coding language which has become one of the key tools for journalists. It's great at handling large datasets, and many news organisations are using R now, especially for visualisation. These three sessions will get you over the first few hurdles and show you how to build up confidence with a scripting tool. In Part 3 we will be turning your analysis into a visualisation - the most famous power of R. By the end of these three sessions you will know how to import data into R, reshape it to meet your needs, analyse the data, and visualise it. You will be able to export the scripts and continue working with them after the sessions

Prior knowledge: Attending the previous sessions or working experience with R

Tools: No tools needed, we will be using a cloud version of the software
