From equipment for Russian tanks and fighter jets to dual-use goods that went into armoured vehicles – companies from EU countries sold Russia technology that helped Putin to prepare for the invasion of Ukraine, inspite of sanctions. In recent weeks journalists across Europe used different methodologies to shed light on these exports.
